Free audits and consultations

Free website audits and consultations are provided as a courtesy to help prospective clients understand their site’s current performance. They do not constitute a guarantee of results and do not obligate either party to proceed with paid work.

Payment

Paid projects are billed according to the terms outlined in the individual project agreement or invoice, which may include deposits, milestone payments, or full upfront payment depending on project scope. Late payments may result in paused work until resolved.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, access credentials, and any materials needed to complete a project. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for their project. RankCraft Web retains the right to use completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party assets, plugins, or licensed tools used in a project remain subject to their own respective licenses.

No guarantee of rankings

While we apply industry best practices to improve technical SEO and site performance, search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

RankCraft Web is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
